Hamilton Zesty Salsa

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 (15oz) cans organic diced tomatoes

1/3 cup chopped white or sweet onion

2 medium cloves garlic or garlic paste

1 to 2 medium jalapeño peppers, de-seeded

1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 to 2 medium limes

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus more to taste

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until desired consistency.

  3. Serve with chips.
