7 Layer Bars
INGREDIENTS:
1/2c butter (melted)
1 1/2c crushed graham crackers
1 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 6 oz butterscotch pieces
1 1/3c flaked coconut
1/2c chopped walnuts
1 14 oz condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven at 350F degrees.
2. Grease or line with parchment paper a 13x9 baking pan.
3. Mix melted butter with graham crackers and line the pan.
4. Layer the following: chocolate, butterscotch, walnuts, and coconut
5. Drizzle condensed milk over the pan.
6. Cook for 30 minutes or until melted and slightly browned.
Tiger Butter
INGREDIENTS:
1lb white chocolate, broken into 1-in pieces
1c chunky peanut butter
1c (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place white chocolate in a 1 1/2q microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high power for 1-2 minutes or until melted, stirring periodically.
3. Add peanut butter and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Blend well.
5. Spread mixture into a 15 1/2x 1/2in jellyroll pan lined with waxed paper.
6. In a 2c microwave-safe measuring cup, melt chocolate morsels on high for about 2 minutes.
7. Scrape melted chocolate over peanut butter mixture and swirl through with a knife, or drizzle melted chocolate on top of mixture using a fine tip of a pastry tube to make stripes.
8. Chill until firm.
9. Cut into squares.
10. Store in the refrigerator.
