Please stay in an upright position because there will be no therapizing here! This is a class designed to teach you tools and help you workshop how to implement it into your own life, in real-time. Because of that, it is important to note that this may not be for relationships that are on the brink of divorce/separation or have heaps of deep-rooted resentments or hang ups.
