Ignacio Corona, dad of 2 and Director of Merchandising at Adobe Maison, talks with Reesa, our resident couples therapist for parents about their real parenting struggles. Ceviche/Shrimp Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
(2) Large Cucumbers diced
(4) Medium Carrots diced
(1) batch Cilantro diced
(1) small or half a large red onion diced
(3) Lemons
(3) Limes
(3) Mangos diced
(1) 2LB Bag of medium shrimp
(3) Jalapenos deseeded and diced
Salt (Tablespoon)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook in boiling water for 2 mins and cool rapidly, cut each shrimp in half
Juice lemons and limes
Bathe onions in citrus juice
Mix all ingredients together and season to taste
