Schmarn

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. Semolina

3/4c. Flour

1 1/2c. Milk

1/2 c. Cottage cheese

4 eggs, slightly scrambled

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.       Mix semolina, flour, and milk in a large bowl.

2.       Add eggs and cottage cheese.

3.       Stir.

4.       Pour into pan on med-high heat.

5.       Let it cook until the bottom is firm
