Taco Night
Ingredients:
1lb ground meat of choice
Taco seasoning
Bag of Frozen riced cauliflower
1/2c Chicken Stock
Crunchy Taco Shells
(Optional)
Ellis' twist - cooked chicken nuggets per bag instructions
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Diced tomatoes
Bag of nacho cheese Doritos for crumble topping
INSTRUCTIONS:
Oil pan and brown meat
Season with taco seasoning
Add riced cauliflower and chicken stock. Simmer until cauliflower is cooked and sauce thickened.
Dress tacos with desired toppings and serve.
